Does our data leave our network?
The agent runs inside your environment and holds your credentials. What reaches the AI provider is governed by policy. With private inference, nothing reaches a third party at all.
Do you need inbound access through our firewall?
No. The agent is outbound-only. There are no inbound ports to expose, and no VPN into your database for us.
Who can see what?
Permissions resolve by role, department, source, schema, table, column and row, and inherit row- and column-level security from the source. Readers never see SQL, tags or parameters.
How do we know a generated figure is correct?
Every document carries its evidence chain — prompt, SQL, sources, parameters, rows returned. An administrator can reproduce the exact query behind any number.
Do we have to rebuild our Word templates?
No. Templates stay in Word, with your fixed content and dynamic markers. Business users maintain them directly. There is no proprietary designer to learn.
We're on Crystal Reports. What does migration look like?
The most common entry point. We rebuild a small set of high-frequency reports as templates, then run both systems in parallel until the output matches.
